Client information we retain in our records, as required by our professional standards, is kept secured in such a manner that complies with our professional standards. Electronic information is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the general public and is protected by Norton antivirus software. Documents not retained in our records or returned to our client are shredded by a licensed and bonded company. Our building has a security system that is monitored for entrance and exit by Sonitrol of Southwestern Ohio.
